Do orders flow straight into my POS?

Yes, if you’re using Square. When a customer places an order through your app or web ordering, it goes directly into your POS and can be sent to any connected printer.

Does my menu sync with the POS system?

Yes, but many businesses choose to keep them separate. Your POS often manages back-of-house operations, while your app and web ordering are customer-facing—so keeping them clean and simple is key. With Craver’s powerful Admin Panel, managing your menu is easy. But if you prefer an automatic sync, we can set that up too.

How do payments work?

Craver integrates with Square for seamless in-app payments. Your customers pay at checkout, just like they would with any online order. If you don’t use Square, you can still use Square Payments as your payment processor.

What if Craver doesn’t integrate with my POS?

You can still use Craver with any POS by setting up the Craver Tablet App on an iPad and connecting it to a cloud printer.
